YOUTH/YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY TRACK – Hybrid Program
Ministering to youth and young adults (ages 11–25) is a powerful opportunity to shape the next generation. It requires spiritual depth, patience, and the ability to lead through real-life challenges.
This track develops spiritually grounded leaders with practical youth ministry skills. Students will work alongside experienced leaders to learn how to navigate conflict, coach individuals and groups, engage families, and build meaningful relationships.
More than leadership development, this is about legacy and multiplication. Each student will be empowered to grow deeper in their relationship with God, step confidently into their calling, and multiply their impact on the “now” generation. With passion and intentionality, they will be equipped to inspire youth and young adults to pursue God wholeheartedly and carry a genuine fire for revival.
The Youth Ministry Track is a hybrid track with the Pastoral Ministry Track. Students will work with both the Pastoral and Youth leadership throughout the year.
Youth/Young Adult Ministry Objectives
By the end of this track, students will be able to:
